Discount Landlord (who also use the Discount Landlord Insurance name) is a popular landlord insurance broker here in the UK. The two central products offered include Residential Landlord Insurance and the second being Commercial Property Insurance. There are various other individual products such as Rent Guarantee & Legal Insurance and Online Tenant Referencing. I am not too sure if relevant landlord insurance products can be bundled into one. This landlord insurance broker certainly has reputable backing with underwriting coming from the likes of AXA, RSA, Zurich and various others. One of the headlines that caught my attention with Discount Landlord was the headline of: "Cheapest Landlord Insurance Or Your Money Back!" This is certainly interesting and may well be worth looking at once you have a landlord insurance quote that you feel can't be matched elsewhere.

Simple Landlords Insurance are of course highly recommended here and are often referenced for being the provider that ranks at the top of Google for the primary "Landlord Insurance" and "Landlords Insurance" terms. The site that pops up in the second spot for both of those terms at this time is Just Landlords who will be introduced today. Just Landlords is a trading name of Just Landlords Insurance Services Limited and their roots dates back to the 90s and so there is certainly plenty of experience here. It states that they represent Vasek Insurance (Vasek Insurance Services Limited) who have their policies underwritten at Lloyd's. The Just Landlords and Vasek Insurance sites are very similar in many regards and so this could be one such group behind the two operations. Just Landlords provide various landlord products that I believe all have to be purchased separately.

The focus today will be on overseas holiday home insurance and UK holiday home insurance. Overseas holiday home insurance and UK holiday home insurance are usually advertised on the same sites, as both are focused on European holiday home insurance covering the UK, France, Italy, Portugal and Spain. Southeast Europe countries such as Bulgaria and Greece tend to pop up regularly as well. I'm not sure if most providers focus on mainland Spain alone, but I do know that the popular name of Schofields cover the Balearics and Canaries too, which have always been very popular holiday home destinations. I haven't spotted any UK companies that stretch outside of Europe. The focus today has of course been on those providers that allow landlord holiday letting not just to family and friends, but also to general tenants.
